What are your self-pay rates?Initial assessment: $145 55-minute follow-ups: $120 30-minute follow-ups: $70

How do I know if my insurance covers nutrition visits?You can call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify insurance benefits for nutrition counseling.

Do you offer in-person appointments?Yes, in-person appointments are available for clients in the Northwest Indiana region.

Do you offer virtual appointments?Yes, virtual appointments are available to all clients. We utilize Healthie, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to conduct telehealth appointments.

How often will appointments occur?The frequency and number of appointments is highly individualized, depending on the specific condition being addressed. We will determine the best course of action during our first session.

What is your cancellation policy?We ask that clients cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel in this time frame may result in cancellation fees.

What if we are not in-network with your insurance company?Clients may choose to use our services as self-pay. We are happy to provede a superbill (professional invoice) that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible out-of network reimbursement. Clients are responsible for verifying out-of-network benefits.
